X-League is a relatively new format of controlled contact RL which provides an authentic and satisfying ‘RL player experience’
The rules of X-League have been specifically developed to mirror and improve Rugby League attacking and defending skills and techniques the concept draws heavily from experience and input from professional players and coaches.
X-League includes limited contact but much less than Rugby, similar to that of basketball, handball and soccer.
